Planning an event of any size contains numerous details and the general management of many vendors, decor and guests. Depending on your needs, we offer packages to help with the day of coordination to full-service planning and design.
our job is to make your vision come to life, not to take the control away from you. The final say always rests with our clients.
All planning packages include:
-Initial complimentary consultation
-Vendor Recommendations (Photographers, Florists etc.)
-Detailed Itinerary of event with confirmation of arrival and departure of all vendors
-Help in keeping your event on budget and to help you to SAVE money in many areas
-Design support with assistance in carrying your "theme" throughout the event
-Set Up and Clean Up, you will not have to do a thing!
-Coordination of rehearsal (where appropriate)

Below is a list of the three packages All Buttoned Up offers. These are starting points and each package is customizable to meet your specific event needs. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Day of Coordination
$1500+
For those who just need some help pulling their event together in the weeks leading up, this is the perfect package. This includes a full-service event coordinator on the day of along with up to two assistants.
Package Includes:
-Initial complimentary consultation
-Meeting 4-5 weeks before your event to discuss details
-Detailed Itinerary with your vendor arrivals/departures
-Management of vendors
-12 Hours of Event Coordination on Day Of
-1 to 2 Event Assistants
-2 Hours of Event Rehearsal (where applicable)
Buttoned Up Planning Package
$2550+
This package includes a full-service coordination and event design. I will meet with you several times leading up to your event and lend suggestions based on my experience in the industry.
Package Includes:
-Initial complimentary consultation
-20 Hours of consulting/planning prior to event to discuss details
-In-person meetings prior to event (outside of initial consultation)
-Detailed itinerary of event with confirmation of vendor arrival and departure times
-Develop your budget and create an inventory of needed/collected decor
-Consistent communication and personalized appointments
-Help in finding and managing vendors still needed and pulling together details still needed
-12 hours Event Coordinating Services on day of event
-1-2 staff members present to assist
-2 hours of rehearsal (where applicable)
Buttoned Up Planning Package Plus
$4500+
This package includes a full-service coordination and event design. I will meet with you several times leading up to your event and lend suggestions based on my experience in the industry.
Package Includes:
-Initial complimentary consultation
-Consistent communication and personalized appointments
-Hours of consulting/planning dependant on individual need
-Detailed meetings leading up to your wedding
-Assistance with design of paper products such as: invitations save the dates, place cards, menu cards, programs etc.
-Detailed itinerary of event with confirmation of vendor arrival and departure times
-12 hours Event Coordinating Services on day of event
-2 staff members present to assist with event (wedding weekend)
-2 hours of rehearsal (weddings only)
