Yun + Dat

Bright colored floral, gold accents, and a love that held the strongest presence in the room...all took place at the Grand Rapids Art Museum for Yun and Dat's summer wedding.

Dat's father provided beautiful paintings as gifts to the bride and groom, which were displayed as guest entered the reception space. Certainly a tough act to follow, but we were pleased with the result of the event decor!

Chair Cover and Linen Collection covered all of the bases, while Eastern Floral took our breath away with a gorgeous palette of soft pinks and peach. Though clean in design, a vibrant, artistic feel was captured in the event decor, representing Yun and Dat quite well as a couple.

After working with Cakabakery for prior weddings, we couldn't wait to see what gorgeous desserts would take place at this event. Surely we were not disappointed, as a stunning wedding cake and adorable display of treats caught the eyes of every guest. Yun and Dat further emphasized the opportunity to endulge in the array of sweets with a gold garland stating, "treat yo-self." Don't mind if we do!

A little heart placed over Grand Rapids made the Michigan cookies all the more special for the bride and groom. This was one of our favorite details amongst the dessert table!

We were pleased to have another wedding free of the "Bridezilla." In fact, when it came to our bride, "easygoing" was an understatement. Yun was beyond excited to get all of her friends in one place together to celebrate. And isn't that what this day is all about in the end?

Another successful summer wedding is complete! We can't thank Yun and Dat enough for allowing us to participate in their big day. It was certainly one to remember!
